Check-in Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter
The promoter is Wellness Minerals Ltd, trading as Healthy Metal (“we”, “us”), Flat 107, Park Ln 3, HA9 7FG.

2. Who can enter
The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who have ordered a Healthy Metal trial. Our employees, contractors, agency partners and their immediate families can’t enter.

3. How to enter
Complete all three trial check-in forms sent to you by email after you order your trial (Check-in 1: your trial plan, Check-in 2: how it’s going, Check-in 3: what would help). Once all three are submitted using the links in your emails, you’re entered automatically. One entry per person per month, however many trials or forms you complete. No extra purchase is needed to enter.

4. Draw periods
The draw runs monthly from 19 October 2026 until we close it. Each monthly draw covers entries completed between 00:00 on the first day and 23:59 on the last day of that calendar month (UK time). Entries completed after that go into the next month’s draw. We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice on this page before ending the draw.

5. The prize
One winner each month wins 3 boxes of Healthy Metal (30 sachets per box), in the flavour(s) of their choice, subject to availability. Approximate retail value £89.95. The prize is non-transferable, there’s no cash alternative, and it can’t be swapped for a subscription discount. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may substitute one of equal or greater value.

6. Picking the winner
The winner is picked at random from all valid entries by a computer process within 10 working days of the end of each month.

7. Telling the winner
We’ll email the winner at the address used to complete the check-ins within 5 working days of the draw. If they don’t reply with a UK delivery address within 14 days, we’ll draw a new winner. Prizes are posted free to a UK address within 30 days of us receiving delivery details.

8. Winner details
For transparency, we’ll make the winner’s first name and county available on request by emailing hello@healthy-metal.com within one month of the draw. Winners can object to this by letting us know when they claim their prize. We won’t use a winner’s name or photo in any publicity without their permission.

9. Your data
We use your details and check-in answers to run the draw, contact the winner and improve your trial experience, in line with our Privacy Policy. Entering the draw doesn’t sign you up to marketing.

10. The usual bits
We can disqualify entries that are incomplete, made using automated means or that break these terms. We’re not responsible for entries lost or delayed because of technical problems. We may change or cancel the draw if something outside our reasonable control means it can’t run as planned, and we’ll update this page if so. Nothing here affects your statutory rights. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

This draw isn’t sponsored, endorsed or run by Typeform or any other platform used to collect check-in answers.
